PM Formula uses a minor hemp compound that comes from aging other major hemp compounds. For this reason, there is very little PM Formula hemp compounds in young plants. Instead, it’s more abundant in plants that have been stored for long periods of time. Like the rest of our extracts, our PM Formula formula products are made to the same high standard that our customers have come to expect from us.
Many hemp fans prefer PM Support oil for restful, rejuvenating nights. PM hemp may also produce more calming effects when compared to other compounds produced in the hemp plant alone.
PM Formula hemp can offer effects on its own but many people have reported additional benefits from adding PM Formula to their Daily Support hemp routine. Some believe that hemp compounds work synergistically with other hemp compounds, in a phenomenon known as the entourage effect.
Everyone's body chemistries are different and this may lead to different felt effects of compounds over time. We recommend taking the same dose for 1-2 weeks and observing the effects. If you do not feel the results you are looking for, increase the dose amount or frequency of dose to determine what works best for you.
There is no "correct" answer when it comes to choosing a hemp formula as everyone feels the effects slightly different due to individual body chemistries. We recommend starting with small dose of a PM Formula product, and then gradually increasing dose amount or frequency of dose if needed. Hemp tincture droppers allow you to accurately measure your intake. One full dropper contains 1 milliliter of tincture. The amount of hemp compounds contained in each dose will vary between different tinctures. 
For example, Daily Support Tincture delivers 33 milligrams of hemp in our regular strength formula and 66 milligrams in our extra strength formula. Full spectrum tinctures also provide varying degrees of minor hemp compounds that are profiled in a certificate of analysis (COA) associated with each product batch.
HOW TO USE A HEMP TINCTURE
Hemp is easy to incorporate into your daily routine. Place one full dropper of oil under your tongue, hold it there for about 30 seconds to give it time to absorb, then swallow any remaining liquid. Repeat this process up to two times per day. We recommend experimenting with the time of day and dose until you achieve an optimal routine for your wellness.
